2
Yoga
Improve your energy & feel great in your body: Through gentle movement and intentional breathing, yoga teaches us to be present in the moment, allowing us to release tension and find inner peace. Then you can begin listening in and understanding your body better, both physically and energetically.

Mindfulness
Tap into your intuition for better clarity: Through practices such as meditation and focused breathing, you can cultivate greater clarity, peace of mind and resilience in the face of life's challenges. By training the mind to be more aware, mindfulness offers a pathway to greater wellbeing & inner harmony.
